hyundai sonata

this dude is selling one... 2001 4 cyl .. 90k miles for $700.

as of now it runs fine... but there seems to be some transmission complaint and will need to be replaced sooner or later... how much would all that run?... and is it still a good deal?

Re: hyundai sonata

unless something is really wrong with the car its not a bad deal. I drove a 05 sonata and it was a piece of shit so i can just image how the 2001 is.

Re: hyundai sonata

Just drive it and hope it lasts 6 months at least. At $150 a month it's worth it.

Re: hyundai sonata

get the car, beat the living crap out of it for as long as you can... and then, when it dies out on you, donate to soflasportbikes so we can do a mustache ride on it, like the video someone posted....

:D

Re: hyundai sonata

the cost of a new transmission from a junk yard will be about $ 700 .

labor to install it by a professional mechanic, another 500 ...

still not a bad deal =)

It might turn out to be an electrical problem or a sensor issue - you can get away with finding it and fixing that for free !
