never been to a track day and really looking forward to one. what do you guys usually bring to the track with you?

any and all tools in a worst case seniero that u go down
zip ties
racing tape
spare key
water
all gear and maybe any spare gear you have (its gunna b hot)
fan for in the pits
stands

im sure there are a lot more
and ppl will post up tomorrow

Everything you have in the garage that belongs to the bike and a big cooler full of liquids like gatorade water and some redbull to keep you going until the end of the day.

Mix the gatorade with water. The stuff seems to turn into acid at the end of the day. Don't forget ear plugs.

Here is the list i use when i go... Might be over kill, but hasnt failed me yet, and ever changing and adding and subtracting..

Todo Night before
__ Check all important bolts for tightness (axles, rearsets, clipons)
__ Inspect tires for damage
__ Check fluid levels
__ Check chain, suspension oil level
__ Fill up with gas

Before riding do the following:

Bike prep
MICHILEN TIRE INFO
__ Change front 22 (PRC Tire) and rear air pressure to 32 PSI PR Race tire Med/Soft

DUNLOP TIRE INFO

__ Dunlop Air pressures COLD FRONT 31 / REAR 21
HOT FRONT 33 / REAR23

See Dunlop sheet for warmers and info on how to use

Plug in warmers
Warm bike up when HOT engines allowed.
Stretch

Food Items

__Water
__Gatorade
__bananas
__Apples
__Turkey/ Cheese/ Bread-wraps
__Burgers
__Snacks
__Ice

Don't forget to bring your balls. You're gonna need them to cut through traffic during those densely populated sessions.

seriously though, what's with the lap timers? do we all have to bring our own to keep track of lap times?
