damn thats a lot of reading, how about there are assholes in the track days LOL.

to tony about moroso being more friendly, dont bow down to suckers that have never riden on the track or have no experience.
anyone in this world knows that moroso is the most intimidating and dangerous track that we had. homestead is the most friendly and jennings is the most technical.

now does anyone want to argue that bc i will start with all the negativity from each one to the possitive things............... you know what to hell ill do it anyways LOL

old moroso: no matter what you say, it was the worst ground ever and it had some very hairy run off like turn 1, 2, 7, 9, all 11. granted it was a nice design track but it was so old that it was falling apart, oil from the cars, and all kinds of fluid from when they drag in there. now the new one is just hairy bc all the cement walls are 8 feet right next to you and being a fast track its just a lil bit intimidating.

jennings well after turn 3 is all matter of flow till turn 11 turn 12 through turn 2 are some hairy fast turn, like i said very technical, even turn 7 is fast. That track has amazing grip and great run off, they have actually increased the run off areas by taking down the trees.

homestead is just so big that is crazy friendly, the only dangerous parts are the brake zone and if you panic to much turn 1 and 10 thats it.

Nice thread. I was going to go to Homestead this weekend but I had to pay Brian for the repairs to his 08 that I low sided in turn 10 at Jennings. I think he is almost done with all the repairs and mods. It's going to be one sick bike. There is still an outside chance I will go, might even stop by for a while (even though it will be torture not to ride).

Your thread is really good. I sometimes stop by some of the weekend bike rides and talk to the kids that are squiding around and tell them about the track. Some on this site have quit there squidly street antics and gone to the track and really learned to ride. They now ride slower and better on the street and are addicted to the track.

Oh yeah, Brian is buying a Ninja 250 to learn on the track. Seeing me go down with his 1000rr made him rethink his approach. I would love to flog that little thing at the track. I miss my RD 350!

I just wish there where more event and practice days. I get so tired of finding a good parking lot, putting out my cone, and within 15 minutes being ask to leave or even worse by a police officer. No offence to the police, but i love to ride and love even more to perfect my riding skills. I would be at the track everynight if it was avalible. I think all the wrecks i had was caused by pushing it out on streets that are laiden with sand and other hazard not to mention cars and people. Their really isnt anywhere down here where you dont get the noisey busy body that calls the police.

Oh all i saw was up to november. Are there still practice nights on friday at PBIR. Acually i really dont care where they are as long as their in fla. Im just getting sick of not being able to practice..Guess thats why im on the forum
