the 180 degree turn at the end of the 3rd back straight should be taken in 2nd, Turn 6 and turn 7 should be taken as a long sweep turn and not as a double apex turn, at the same time up shift in the middle of the turn to hit around 100MPH on the exit.

I got some Liquid Performance from a local bike shop and was told this met the requirements for track days; true?
Also, couple of guys have told me that you don't need to replace the coolant for beginners class; true?

Incorrect if you are in the track you need to replace the antifreeze or coolant with cool aid or water. If you fall and you spill coolant in the track you will be financialy penilize. is on CCS rule book and this are track regulations, and they are above any club, track day, or schools. but you can call penguin and verify.
