Keep in mind I don't have the full story.

My cousin just called me & told me that her bf was arrested last week for doing 130mph on the bike somewhere in Ft. Lauderdale on the highway. He was arrested by FHP & they impounded the bike. My cuz doesn't know exactly what he was arrested for just knows he was speeding & doesn't have a moto license. He had to pay $100 to get out of jail & $265 to get the bike out of the impound. He said the cop was an ass. He's pissed because the place stole his jacket, burned out his back tire (it's a new bike), put more miles on it and stole his Zuk hat (he has the helmet).

Told my cuz when he get to the station all the cops were laughing at him asking WTF he stopped for. They said "you know we can't catch you at that speed, you should've just kept going"

He was arested for reckless driving... it a felony if I recall correctly. Tell him to be ready to do community service and PAY PAY PAY through the nose in fines and court cost.

I think he's more upset about the stolen jacket, the burnt out tires and the additional miles on the bike.

tell him to wake up and smell the bacon his ass can go to jail for 12 months if he's not careful and pay $5K in fines.... he better get a mouth piece.

I agree!!
I hate towing companys. they are always stealing form cars and stuff. Grrrr

I'm sure he has learned his lesson, it's just sad to see the way towing companys treat other people's stuff.

I was also shocked at all the cops laughing at him and telling him he should've kept going
