Good choice with the filter and oil. Why pay more for lesser quality. Another good oil is the Mobil 1 Delvac. A true synthetic oil but hard to find. The regular Delvac dino oil is sold at Wallmart at around $10/gal.

Hey,.i use the stuff not1 Prob,i have 4 bikes and a truck,i would spend
insane amount $$$ on all the Diff oil`s, RT15/40 for turbos all good.
only 1 bike has paper filter element,.but memeber mine are piss ass OLD.

I agree with you on Rotella, it has zinc, which few oils have, I use it in my F350 and in my Jeep 4.5L 300hp Stroker Motor, but in my Ducati that oil wont work, as for car filters on my bike, in my experiance when a defective "Mazda" Factory Oil filter caused a customers RX7 rotory engine failure, Mazda stood behind their filter and paid for a replacement engine, Purolator may tell you to go pound sand you shouldnt have used a toyota filter on your GSXR, just saying

I hear Extra Virgin Olive oil works well. Can I use that in my bike?
