Lots of good ideas there, but the most important suspension component is the rider....always look there first when dealing with any issue.

How would one go about getting their suspension adjusted properly? Do you set it to your wieght,ride hieght and such first then fallow the chart above for finer tweaking?

Sag and basic geometry first.

The chart is designed for a bike that has the basics done to it already.
