i lost my manual for my 2005 gsxr 600. does anyone know how much oil the manual says to put in after u change the oil? and also after u change the filer on it

and i usually get 4quarts for my 04 750. add 3quarts start it up for a minute, shut it off then with it standing up straight add the last quart watching the site glass on the side for the oil. thats how i do it at least.

Its actually inscribed on case cover right by the filler

600's are 2200ml usually a tad more.


I never needed 4quarts... woah.... more like 2.5-3 q... and my sight glass is dead in the middle when cold

Right around 3.5 quarts should put you you right smack in the middle of the site glass.
