I got a friend looking into one of these bikes... anyone know any pros or cons of it. Its his first bike (its alot, I know)

The rear end is god awful ugly....

And then there's that banana seat....

Other than that, it moves like a bat out of hell....

Very reliable from what I've been told...

i got one in my stable 1995 rf900 not a bad bike at all how much is he paying for it . mine is for sale let me know.. good price low low miles too about 3500 miles on it i call it the baby busa

They look like some kind hybrid jap bike/1980 testerossa, with those funky scallops molded into the lowers...enjoy

It's actually a good solid bike, underrated just like the first gen zx9's. It ranks low on the poser value but it would make a great bike to actually ride.

id just be worried if something breaks on it..

its not like their production numbers were as high as other bikes produced at the time. That being said, for a first bike, why not look for a cbr f2/3, or even a gs.

I guess itd all be dependent on the price. miles. condition.

PS. they are realllly ugly. lol.
