Hey all I just put hids on the bike and the work well for the most part,but sometimes they flicker too much while the bike is about to start or at idel. Also I took out the high beam fuse so i can black it out but when the bike is off and you turn the high beams on and off you will hear the fuel pump like when u first put in the key and last night it turned the bike off any ideas? Should I put the high beam fuse back in or anything I should check.

Are the HID's Hi/low? Are you running relays to the HIDs?

I had similar problems with mine and even killed my battery a few times. My HIDs are singles so when I flip to the hi-beam they shut off. I always start my biker with them off, then turn them off before I kill the motor. I havent had a problem since.

Also, if you didnt do a projector retrofit (doesnt look like it) you may want to invest in a headlight cover otherwise you will really piss off other drivers because our HIDs flicker really badly in the halogen housing. Also that really drives cops nuts and its an easy way to get pulled.

Sounds like your bike needs a battery relay harness possibly. This should stop the flicker issues. I would put the fuse back in, it doesnt hurt to be in there.

Ok multi quote. The hids are digital slims by gx/kelvin hids I believe the relay is built in and yes they are hi low hid low halogen highs. As for the battery relay harness more info please.
