I tried to embed a u-tube video and failed miserable a few times, too old for this crap, my last puter had foot pedals on it to make it go... here is the link.

post the link and I'll embed it for you. All you have to do is click on the "youtube" tab, the paste the link where the cursor is between the [ ] thingies
